Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless otherwise stated due to availability. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders that have items being billed to insurance will ship once your insurance coverage has been verified (typically within 48 business hours), a complete prescription is received, and any insurance company-specific waiting periods have been met.

Standard Ground Shipping is recommended for orders with a delayed shipment due to availability. Expedited shipping options WILL NOT help limited stock items ship sooner. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed and is non-refundable.
In-store/Local pickup
At this time, we are not offering in-store pickup or local delivery. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all APO/FPO mailing addresses only.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 1 Natural Way is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@1naturalway.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
1 Natural Way ships to P.O. boxes using USPS only.
Cancellation Policy
Purchase orders may be canceled by the customer until an order is “Pending Fulfillment.” At that point the order is being prepared for shipment and can no longer be canceled.
