It has come to our attention that a competitor has recently been named in a class-action lawsuit regarding allegations of health website wiretapping and breaches of data privacy. According to publicly available information, attorneys working with ClassAction.org believe that some health-related websites and apps may be violating state and federal wiretapping laws by secretly sharing consumers' private health information. Specifically, they suspect that the websites and apps may be using tracking tools to collect details about users (such as the prescriptions and other health-related products they search for and order) and share the information with Facebook or other third parties for advertising purposes.
While 1 Natural Way is not named in this or any related lawsuit, we recognize that stories like these can create concern.
